TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
The
Sirius Firework Co operates under a rigorous safety culture to ensure
that no harm comes to the firers and, more importantly,
the clients or the audience.
In our opinion, the best firework display in the world
means nothing if someone is injured as a result of it. In order
to meet our safety criteria we insist on site visits prior to the
event
and will not fire if we believe that any danger could arise that
would
cause damage or injury to any person, property or livestock.
Although
this may sound fairly unyielding, it simply means that we follow a few common-sense
rules and ask for your co-operation in our adherence
to them.

Please
note that The Sirius Firework Co cannot be held responsible for a cancellation
of a display due to external factors such as weather or other circumstance
outside The Sirius Firework Co's control. In such an event we
will reimburse up to 50% of the total invoice. We strongly advise that
the
client takes out firework display insurance to cover such an eventuality.
The Sirius Firework Co will, of course, endeavor to carry out a display
in all but the worst meteorological conditions.
Normal payment terms are 50% of the total invoice at the time of booking,
with the balance on or before the day of the display.
